The past few weeks have tested my resilience. I’ve been navigating the waves of mounting work and team management while being buffeted by the gales of sleepless nights, courtesy of my darling daughter, who, at a year and a half, seems to have declared a war against sleep.
The drastic shift in my daily rhythm has been the real challenge, despite my body remarkably adapting to the rigors of being both a parent and a professional. Those quiet, productive mornings that used to be dedicated to self-development and team management have transformed into nocturnal marathons.
