Why you should reinvest your agency fees in in-house marketers

In today’s business landscape, companies are willing to spend a significant portion of their media budgets on agency fees, often without hesitation. However, when it comes to investing in capable in-house marketers, many companies are hesitant to do so. This is despite the fact that in-house marketers can often do just as good, if not a better job, than agency teams.

One reason for this may be that companies are afraid to take on the responsibility of hiring and managing their own marketing team. It can be easier to trust a team of people who have already built up a reputation, rather than putting all of their eggs in one basket with an in-house team.

Another reason may be that companies are not willing to invest the time and resources necessary to build a strong in-house marketing team. This can include things like training, development, and recruitment.

However, companies that do invest in a capable in-house marketing team can reap significant benefits.
